Hi, just ordered a Debian 5.0 VPS through this offer and I’m already logged in as root on my new server. Very responsive network, I have to say. Only one problem: 24GB storage was not applied to my account. Otherwise, everything is great.

    Thanks

  3. Hi there, your bonus HD space is already been applied, the reason is wast not allocated automatically is not all subscriber is coming from lowendbox so needs to be manually applied…. that’s one of the benefit of buying your VPS though lowendbox you always get a great deal!!!! ^-^

Thanks for joining us and welcome to QuickWeb!

    cheers,
    Joe

The issue is already taken care of (took less than 5 min, I guess). Everything is working fine now. I would like to thank Joe for the fine support and quick response.

Everyone: give QuickWeb a try… I’ve already told some friends here in Brazil about it, and will tell many more.

    Thanks,
    Reginaldo

  6. Eric:

Using the link posted here to order in Texas, it ends up being more than $4.95 with the lowenddeal discount because “GST @ 12.50%” is added:

    Subtotal: $7.50USD
    2.55 Recurring Discount: -$2.55USD
    GST @ 12.50%: $0.62USD
    Total Due Today: $5.57USD
    Total Recurring: $5.57USD Monthly

    Just FYI.

  7. Eric:

It looks like the $4.95 is only if you get the EuroVPS (Germany)

  8. Hello Eric,

Sorry about that but the GST @ 12.50%: $0.62USD will disappear once your input your address as non New Zealand, we are GST/VAT registered so we need to collect them for all NZ customers as mandated by the law.

Please let me know if that is the case? so i will sort this out.

    cheers,
    Joe

I would like to say i’m very impressed with quickweb’s little VPS’s performance & price, ordered mine last week and few seconds after payment i got my login details. Contacted support to add the free upgrade as advertised and sure enough someone from support replied within 5 minutes and upgraded my VPS which is cool… i’m not really expecting anything from cheap any VPS but somehow this one delivers… well so far.

I’m using managed VPS from a big provider and i’m paying 10x more but i some how feel performance is the same not to mention quickweb support is just as amazing! if this cheap VPS perform within the next several months i will be moving permanently and save the bucks, i might get another one for backup purpose and why not it’s cheap! hopefully not too good to be true!

  17. Hello Julien,

We allow private IRC on Germany & San Jose based servers but not on Texas as the DC won’t allow.

Great response in service tickets from QuickWeb. Asked for free upgrade mentioned in WHT offer page, got it within minutes. Asked for Ubuntu 10.04 template for VPS and quickly got response it would be available in 24 hours. Great service for a great price!

  22. If Ubuntu 10.04 can be made available in the next 24 hours… It is then VERY GOOD! With the kernel changes in 10.04 I think many providers are still struggling to create a working image.
