VPS Deploy, aka “Cloud VPS Hosting Servers”, notified me about their VPS hosting plans, which they called “Cloud Computing Dedicated VPS Servers”. Starting at $4.28 for 128MB of memory, but you can alter each parameter to come up with your own special plan. Bump the memory to 256MB and it’s now $5.56/month. Order it here.
- 256MB guaranteed/512MB burstable memory
- 10GB storage
- 100GB/month data transfer
- OpenVZ/SolusVM
On it’s Network page it just says “Our servers are placed in the main data centers in Europe”, although it looks like they have servers with OVH in France Hetzner in Germany. VPS Deploy itself is a Spanish company (“We speak English” though, according to their website). Their website has been around since May 2010 (less than 1 year old), although related domain housinet.net has been around for a bit more.
They also have this discount code WHT-discount that gives you 3% off recurring discount, from WHT post. Not much but better than nothing 🙂

LEA (LowEndAdmin) is the original founder of LowEndBox and the visionary who gave rise to an entire movement around minimalist, efficient hosting. In 2008, LEA launched LowEndBox with a simple but powerful idea: that it was possible to run meaningful applications, web servers, VPNs, mail servers, and more – on small, low-cost virtual machines with minimal resources.
At a time when most infrastructure discussions were dominated by high-end servers and enterprise platforms, LEA championed the opposite approach: lightweight Linux distros, self-managed servers, open source software, and thoughtful optimization. This philosophy gave birth to the term “Low End Box”, which would come to define a new genre of hosting tailored to developers, tinkerers, and budget-conscious users around the world.
Through LowEndBox and its companion forum, LowEndTalk, LEA built the foundation for what would become one of the most active and enduring communities in the hosting world, prioritizing knowledge-sharing, transparency, and accessibility.
After several years of nurturing the site and community, LEA stepped away from active involvement, passing the torch to a new generation of admins, contributors, and moderators. Today, LEA remains a respected figure in the LowEnd ecosystem, credited with launching a platform and philosophy that continues to influence thousands of infrastructure providers and users globally.
LowEndBox’s legacy, and its thriving community, is a direct result of LEA’s original vision.
Many people “they speak English” when they try and get into the UK, but turns out they just learnt how to say that phrase 100x.
Ill also like to point out their photoshoped picture on their site.

Look at the memory bar, and compare it to the allocated.
And you will try to blame every provider here on LEB?
You should look into your own business, I think you ended up in the dead pool, right (?) 🙂
Yep.
Im saying constructive criticism.
Naah, you’re just a troll. Troll without style!
We all go through the trolling stage of life.
@Daniel — speak for yourself 🙂 I appreciate that many here are older and (hopefully) wiser.
Suppose I do.
I’m with Christian, You really aren’t in a position to criticise another company when you are incapable of keeping your own going.
Dead pool? Daniel? What company? 😐
Not incapable, just didn’t want to.
RapidDuck i believe?
Ha. The Great British Kingdom was the centre of the world… like 2 freaking centuries ago!!!
A lot of people don’t speak English on this planet and I appreciate their effort to attract English speakers. I know there are many good German low end providers that only have their website in German, and it’s just hard for me to “discover” them.
My comment was a joke.
There are a mistake in this post…
Our cloud vps was and will be created in Germany (Hetzner).
Best regards.
this is a Offshore VPS?
Depending on where is your “shore”. Confirmed by VPS Deployed with Hetzner in Germany.
In TOS I see: “IRC malicious bot”.
So, normal IRC client is allowed, right?
Hi, yes, is allowed for chat rooms and common bots, but not for hack and net assault bots.
well, Hetzner doesn’t like IRC and you should probably know that. If they do discover such services on your server, your server will be disconnected pretty quickly. Just search for Hetzner and IRC on Webhostingtalk.
Please, for me is Ok, requested in the past 😉
Hello,
> There are any limitation or consideration in this aspect?
no. You can use vps server and IRC.
Best regards

Hetzner Online AG
You’re out of date. That was matter of past when hetzner blocked 6667 port, etc.. Hetzner allow IRC usage for dedicated servers quite some time now. And of course standard IRC ports aren’t blocked anymore.
@Spo0lsh malicious bots are ddos drones, etc.. not ordinary channel bots like eggdrop, psotnic, etc.. Yes, legal irc usage is allowed.
I have had dedicated servers in Hetzner, in the past and VPS’s hosted in Hetzner recently and never had any problem with IRC.
Infact, i never had any problem with any provider to do with IRC.
