HTTP Zoom were launched in 2012 by their parent company HTTP Simple, who have been in business since 2007. We have listed HTTP Zoom twice before. HTTPZoom are currently offering a 16.6% discount on yearly plans with the coupon code yearlyoff. Last month the HTTP Group announced they were acquiring fellow LEB provider DotVPS. However, for one reason or another, the sale fell through. Reviews on their last offer were all very positive. Do let us know how your service is performing if you are, or become, a customer!

HTTP Zoom accept payments via Paypal, GoogleCheckout and Direct Debit. They also offer a 30 day refund policy, providing that you’ve not abused your service. Additional IPv4 addresses are billed at £2.25 – a great way to encourage IPv6! As usual, take a look at their Terms of Service before signing up.

Too bad your servers aren’t working: “The server at httpzoom.com is taking too long to respond.”

      • Hey Ac,

The httpzoom.com website should be working correctly and is in a geographically diverse location from our VPS Nodes etc.

Using Alertra.com it appears to be showing as online.

Definitely submit a ticket to us so that we can investigate as that is not normal!

Well, that could be a result of poor CPU performance or network problem. As it is OpenVZ, everything is possible.

      • Looks like this was due to an abusive customer on the node customer was deployed on. They took up a slot on an older server and we’ve offered to get the customer onto a newer node while we investigate the problem.

    • Hey There,

On our UK servers we allow IRC, however no connections to EFnet or Undernet.

Currently I believe our servers are deploying with Vswap.
