I had a VPS with them that started having network trouble in june. I opened several tickets without any response. It eventually expired (they made sure their billing worked), and I opened a ticket regarding getting a backup of my VPS since I couldn't back it up when they were having network trouble. No response to any of these tickets, they closed them with no response. I re-opened all of my unanswered tickets multiple times trying to get some response at all, but they were actively closed with no response every time. Their VPS just stopped working, and they had the most terrible customer service I have ever received. Yes; stay away.
