Opened a ticket on boxing day (not a problem with their service, just a request to get an IPv6 address for my host). 38 minutes later, I had a reply and my request was taken care of very quickly after that. This also reflects my earlier experiences with their service – highly competent and very fast.

I have had my VPS with them for almost a year and I have been thoroughly impressed – great value for my money.

I dont even think they make a 10mbps interconnects in our DC. Your comment is way out of line. All of our hardware nodes are on 100mbit connections. with gige uplinks to our core.

If you purchase the “Small” package then the port is limited to 10mbit and this is fully advertised on the site.

And if by “much” more expensive you mean a $10 dollar difference to upgrade to the “medium” package. Then you need to realize what your expectations are.

Not listed here, but should be, these VPS are only on a 10Mbps connection. It is MUCH more expensive to get a VPS with the standard 100Mbps line at this host

LOL, why don’t you tell the public the whole story? About how your real name isn’t John and how you didn’t pay your bill for 30 days? We sent you many notices and I even personally sent you a message stating that I will not delete your data so you have extra time to pay. Your current invoice was issued on December 21st 2010. Enough is enough.

One good thing about being a small company, is that you know who people are when they post online no matter what the “alias” they use is.

Shouldn’t Use their VPS. he deleted Data customer without notice. his website only has 1 people, he answer for support, billing,.. I do not believe him, he cheat customer. After delete account customer, he said he will recreate and send me new password, i tried many times but cannot login.
It’s my experience about his VPS.
