I signed up for this VPS because it is on the choopa network and
they allow IRC (Choopa hosts efnet and ircnet servers in the same
DC as BBVPS)

Account was set up quickly and is very stable (been using it a week)

just using it for IRC and it is working great, disk access seems to be
slower than my other 128MB vps that I have at a competitor (Rapidxen)
but does not cause a problem for IRC
