We had a critical redundant failure in our network infrastructure taking down one of our facilities. We overnighted equipment to fix this issue. The downtime lasted about 48 hours. Do to this downtime we have increased our cores systems to triple redundancy to prevent another systematic fault. We credited all of our clients accounts for the downtime. We appreciated everyones patience in this matter and assure you that we have taken steps to prevent this from ever occurring again. Looking back at the dates on this.
